Toronto, ON (February 12, 2010) – When the green flag drops in Daytona on Sunday, it marks the official start of TSN and TSN2’s extensive 2010 NASCAR SPRINT CUP coverage. Once again TSN and TSN2 will give Canadians complete coverage of the full season of racing. TSN’s flag-to-flag coverage of the DAYTONA 500 airs Sunday, Feb. 14 starting at 12 noon ET.

ESPN Classic gets in gear with a weekend full of vintage thrills and spills from Daytona International Speedway with Daytona 500 Weekend from February 12 to 14.  The three-day celebration features highlights from past DAYTONA 500s, including Dale Earnhardt Sr.’s triumph in 1998, and Kevin Harvick’s win from 2007 in the closest finish ever recorded at Daytona.  ESPN Classic also continues to showcase the most memorable moments from across the world of auto racing every Friday night beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

NCAA Basketball, NLL and Boxing match-ups –

Toronto, ON (January 28, 2010) – TSN2 has a full slate of exclusive live action from across the sporting world in February.  The month gets started with back-to-back nights of NHL action on TSN2 then continues with 10 NBA games and NBA All-Star Weekend, three races each from the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series as well as 13 marquee NCAA Basketball match-ups and live PGA TOUR, NLL and boxing events throughout the month. 

NHL

TSN2 is home to two exclusive NHL games this month.  On February 1, the Buffalo Sabres visit Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins in a marquee Eastern Conference match-up.  In the second TSN2 match-up the Minnesota Wild travel to the Lone Star State to take on the Dallas Stars on February 2.
