Toronto, ON (December 4, 2009) – TSN has capped off an outstanding four day stretch. With its packed-schedule of marquee events between November 28 and December 1, TSN saw its average 24-hour audience almost double compared to its season average. According to preliminary data from BBM Canada, TSN was the second most-watched network in all of Canada – just behind CTV– from Saturday to Tuesday.
TSN’s overall audience between November 28 and December 1 was 20% higher than Global’s average audience and 31% higher than CBC’s average audience.

– Late Producer behind TSN’s Friday Night Football to be inducted into the Hall’s Football Reporters Wing –
Toronto, ON (November 27, 2009) – Long-time TSN producer Paul “Mac” McLean will be inducted posthumously into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame’s Football Reporters wing on Grey Cup Sunday, Nov. 29 in honour of his contributions to the CFL through his outstanding work at TSN. McLean was selected by the Football Reporters of Canada who are responsible for selecting inductees for the Canadian Football Hall of Fame Football Reporters wing each year.
