The 10-hour TSN special event begins live at 8 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 3 with breaking trade news and reactions to all the action from NHL Trade Deadline Day.
TSN’s TRADECENTRE has become a tradition for hockey fans. Last year, more than 1.5 million Canadians watched some part of TRADECENTRE. The NHL trade deadline day is also traditionally the busiest day of the year for TSN.ca with the industry-leading website setting new standards for page views and video streams.
Led by Gemini Award-winning host James Duthie, TSN’s all-encompassing TRADECENTRE coverage features an all-star team of Hockey Insiders, analysts, former NHL players, coaches and general managers, reporters and correspondents – all providing breaking news and instant analysis of each transaction, including interviews with players, coaches and GMs from across the league. Once again TSN will deliver extensive TRADECENTRE content across multiple platforms including live streaming of TRADECENTRE in its entirety online at TSN.ca. Immediately following TRADECENTRE, TSN presents a special one-hour edition of SPORTSCENTRE with Rod Smith from 6-7 p.m. ET, re-capping all of the day’s events with reaction from around the NHL. THAT’S HOCKEY with Gino Reda provides additional analysis, reaction and player interviews at 7 p.m. ET, followed by WEDNESDAY NIGHT HOCKEY featuring Vancouver @ Detroit at 7:30 p.m. ET.
