ESPN STAR Sports Appoints New Vice President for Human Resources
19 August 2009, Singapore: Asia’s top sports content provider, ESPN STAR Sports (ESS) today announced the appointment of Wendy Montgomery as its new Vice President and head of Human Resources.

Montgomery will be responsible for the strategic management and development of human resources at ESS. She will be based in Singapore and will report directly to Manu Sawhney, Managing Director, ESPN STAR Sports.
Montgomery has spent almost two decades in the Human Resources profession, having held senior executive roles such as General Manager for International SOS HR globally and Siebel Software’s South Asia Regional Head of HR.
Armed with a strong cross-cultural background in Human Resources, Montgomery started her career in the British Army and then worked in various general management positions across a wide range of countries in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific regions.
Throughout her career, she has effectively managed several strategic change management initiatives and has successfully utilized HR to the proactive benefit of the business.
